Dear Members,
May 29th marks the proposed date for the BBC AGM. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions this is obviously not going to occur on that date. In fact, looking at the Tasmanian Government COVID-19 Roadmap To Recovery, the earliest the AGM could be held will be late July. It may well be later than that.
Once we have a clear date in mind nomination forms will be circulated calling for President, Treasurer, Secretary and Board members. These will need to be returned to the Secretary.
I am hopeful that the Annual Report will be available for members at least a week before the AGM. This will give everyone a chance to read all the well written reports prior the meeting.
Early in June the nominations for Chairs of Selectors (Thursday and Saturday) Div. 1 Thursday Selector and Premier Division Saturday selector will be distributed. Those members who are keen to fill these positions need to fill their application and send to the secretary.
